How can I request an invoice?
For customers needing a tax invoice, please send the following information to admin@botnoigroup.com:
- Organization name and address
- Specify whether it’s the main office or a branch (include branch number)
- Tax identification number
- Details of the package purchased
- Proof of payment
- Tax invoices are sent via email only and can be issued up to 15 days after the payment date.
If you would like a printed tax invoice sent by mail, there is a 50-baht shipping fee. Requests can be sent to admin@botnoigroup.com
Note: The shipping fee is waived for orders totaling 2,000 baht or more (apologies for any inconvenience).
